ENTRY
These regulations specify the conditions for booking the apartment: "Sotto la lucertola” The owners of the apartments will be very grateful to you for complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests. The following regulations use the following terminology:

  • Guest - Tenant
  • The owner of the Apartment - the Lessor
  • Apartment - residential premises in the building at Vicolo Ghezzi 8, 52019 Pieve a Presciano (AR), Tuscany, Italy

 

RESERVATION
Booking an apartment also means accepting the regulations. In order to make a reservation, please use the reservation form available on the website at www.sottolalucertola.com Provide all the data required by the booking form on the website. Confirmation of the reservation by the Customer is tantamount to submitting an offer to conclude an apartment rental agreement. Confirmation of the reservation on our part means acceptance of the offer and results in the conclusion of the apartment rental agreement. Pre-booking results in covering (unless otherwise agreed) a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay. Payments should be made to the following bank account in EUR: LT 36 3250 0679 5045 6008 (REVOLUT account).

The date of payment is the date of crediting the indicated bank account. In the absence of payment of the down payment, the Lessor has the right to withdraw from the contract. The remaining payment for the stay is paid by the Landlord before arrival by bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. The down payment is credited towards the price.

 

RENTAL PRICES
The applicable apartment rental prices are listed on our website www.sottolalucertola.com The rental price includes all taxes and additional fees, i.e. utilities, electricity, water. The price given for a given apartment is the price for renting it per day in a given period, The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11.00 the next day Check-in takes place from 15.00 to 22.00. Leaving the apartment by the customer on the last day of stay should take place by 11:00. Handing over the keys and collecting the apartment by the Landlord always takes place in the apartment after prior notification by the Tenant and setting the time of collection. It is possible to arrange individual arrival and departure times. If it is not possible to arrive at the previously agreed time, the Lessee is obliged to immediately contact us by phone from 8.00 to 21.00 at +39 3478602337. In the absence of contact with the Lessee, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The check-in procedure requires the Guest to present a photo ID. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required. This deposit is returned upon check-out. The deposit is a security in the event of damage or destruction. The payment for the stay is made in advance by bank transfer in full before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival, less the deposit paid. The owner makes the apartment available after paying 100% of the booking value and after paying the deposit and presenting an identity document. There is a possibility of free parking next to the building where the apartments are located. The car park is unguarded. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the vehicle left or the property inside.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The tenant undertakes to use the subject of the lease only for residential purposes and may not sublease the apartment or use it free of charge to third parties. No more people can stay in the apartment than indicated in the booking process. The tenant is obliged to respect the rules of good neighborliness. In the event that the Tenant significantly violates the peace or good of the neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract without observing the notice periods and is then not obliged to return the money to the Tenant for the unused period of stay. The tenant is obliged to keep the apartment in the condition found at the beginning of the stay. It is forbidden to move furniture and household appliances / electronics that are part of the apartment's equipment. Quiet hours are observed in the apartments from 22.00 to 8.00. The Lessee is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of persons staying in the apartment rented by the Lessee during the term of the apartment rental agreement. In the event of damage, immediately after finding it, the Customer should notify the Landlord.
